July 26, 2010 Special Meeting Agenda Item #13 Item Title Settlement Agreement with Lewis Deboard Issue/Rationale The approval of this item will settle the above referenced lawsuit against the School Board of Clay County, Florida filed in the Circuit Court seeking money damages for injuries received on January 22, 2004.  A motor vehicle driven by Mr. Deboard was struck in the rear by a school bus owned by the School Board of Clay County, Florida and driven by a Clay County School Board employee causing injury to Mr. Deboard.
